Another plastic surgeon in our town had placed breast implants on top of the muscle (this is often the effect of the transumbilical appraoch) because there was no support the breast stretched out. Dr. Fox then did a breast lift, placing the implants beneath the muscles. You can see the excellent support. Also notice that by lifting the breast and tightening the abdomen her posture is much improved.
